I have been very impressed with the good service and pleasant atmosphere at Orem Sports Medicine Center. Therapy is never easy but I have made progress and I am grateful for the therapist and aides who have been very helpful. I never have to wait and I see my therapist each time. I would recommend this to anyone who needs rehabilitation after surgery or injury.

I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. I've been doing therapy here for the last few months and have had a great relationship with the therapist (Jeff) and the techs, who are not in high school btw, but all college students at BYU or UVU, and have never been treated badly by either. The therapist provides the treatments and gets to know the patients. The techs are just there to help with any of the exercises and make sure you are doing the exercises the therapist wants. It is also a fun enviroment for therapy. I've gotten to know many of the other patients and we enjoy working together.

This is another physical therapy place where the assistants (or those in training) do most of the work. After going there for an appointment, I spent all my time with the assistants and high school students learning how to become a physical therapist. I did eventually see the physical therapist himself at the end, but he acted like he was in a hurry and could not be bothered with my needs. If you are paying to see a physical therapist, I feel you should actually be seen and treated by a physical therapist. I spent most of my time waiting for the assistants to get instructions from the therapist (who was in his office) on what I should be doing next. When I questioned them, they did not have enough knowledge to answer my questions about any of my needs or exercises (Me: "Am I doing this correctly?" Them: "?...Uhh...I'm not sure...?" then they look toward the office). They did not watch me to make sure I was doing everything correctly or correcting me if I wasn't. I DO NOT recommend this place, you'll only get below average treatment which in my opinion is dangerous.
