  The owner is a jerk, self centered conman. Techs have no idea what they are doing. Dont' know what the housing codes are, fail inspections, don't have licensences. All they want is their money, and they want it before the job is done. …

  Would highly discourage anybody from using this contractor. Had issues with a/c running nonstop from the beginning and was always told everything was ok. When I confronted the owner with it being wrong in 2006 and had documentation I was…
